Directions:
Candidates may nominate themselves or a colleague or supervisor can nominate a Counselor for the Orange County K-8 Counselor Award or OC Pathways Counselor Award. Multiple awardees may be selected which represent exemplary work in Orange County. Awards ceremony will be hosted by the Orange County Department of Education in Spring 2018.
Deadline for submissions is 5:00 pm on January 12, 2018. Applicants will be scored solely on what is submitted in the application. Finalists will be notified in January 2018.
Requirements:
- Must meet eligibility criteria
- A written narrative describing evidence which supports the selection criteria (max 500 words).
- Resume
- At least one (1) letter of recommendation from a colleague, supervisor, teacher, parent or student.
